The Rooftop Thermal

The Rooftop Thermal features a thoughtfully designed collection of thermal spaces, enhanced by open air, natural light and uninterrupted views of Trim Castle and the Boyne Valley.

Begin in the hydrotherapy pool, where warm, mineral-infused water and gentle movement help support circulation and ease the body into relaxation. Nearby, the Jacuzzi combines soothing heat with therapeutic water pressure to relieve muscular tension and restore a sense of comfort and well-being.

The experience continues through a sequence of heat and cooling elements designed to work in contrast. In the sauna, dry heat settles gradually through the body, encouraging muscles to loosen while the mind begins to quieten. This is followed by the cold plunge pool, where brief immersion refreshes the body, stimulates circulation and brings a clear sense of renewal. Moving between heat and cold, the body begins to recalibrate, helping to restore balance and leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and more at ease.

Outdoor showers add a further sensory dimension, shifting temperature across the skin and extending the contrast between each stage. Open-air relaxation areas are positioned to draw the experience outward, allowing time to pause and take in uninterrupted views across Trim Castle and the Boyne Valley beyond. Two private outdoor hot tubs are also set within the space, offering a more secluded setting. Open to the air yet more enclosed in feel, they provide an opportunity to step away from the main thermal areas and spend time in a quieter, more private environment
