Set within our Celebration Suites overlooking Trim Castle, your wedding meal is served in an elegant setting for up to 350 guests — where the quality of food and service takes centre stage.

Our Wedding Packages bring the day together effortlessly, from a drinks reception with seasonal canapés to a carefully curated wedding banquet, followed by evening celebrations.

Led by our Head Chef, each menu is built around locally sourced ingredients, with a focus on flavour, balance, and presentation — ensuring a dining experience that is both refined and memorable.

Your day concludes with an overnight stay in the Bridal Suite, where a Champagne breakfast is served on your private terrace overlooking the Boyne Valley.
