Over two unhurried hours, move between the hydrotherapy pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge pool, allowing each element to work in balance. Warm water and massage jets help ease muscular tension and encourage circulation, while the sauna deepens the sense of release. The cold plunge provides a sharp contrast, reviving the body and heightening the effects of the warmth that follows. Used together, these changing temperatures create a deeply restorative experience that is both calming and invigorating.
