There are few better ways to begin a weekend morning than at the Rooftop Thermal at Trim Castle Hotel. From this elevated vantage point, with the sun rising over Trim Castle and the morning air still and undisturbed, the setting feels calm and grounding, a perfect start to the day.

The experience unfolds as a sequence of heat, water and rest, designed to restore balance and encourage a gradual shift in pace. Move between the hydrotherapy pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge pool, allowing the contrast of temperatures to stimulate circulation, ease muscular tension and re-energise the body. Immersed in warm water, beneath open sky and morning light, the body begins to settle into a steady, natural rhythm, while the mind gradually releases the pace of the week. Outdoor showers and relaxation areas are positioned throughout, offering a moment to pause between each stage and to take in the incredible views.

Breakfast follows in Boann Café, where the experience continues in a relaxed and informal setting. Freshly baked pastries and breads are served alongside made-to-order dishes, including Eggs Florentine and Fruit & Yogurt Parfait, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee. Guests may choose to dine indoors or on the terrace, extending the sense of calm into the morning.

The Morning Ritual experience is available before noon, Friday through Sunday.
