The Rasul Experience

The Rasul Ritual offers a more deeply restorative approach to thermal bathing, centred on heat, mineral-rich mud and steam. Set within the Rooftop Thermal at Trim Castle Hotel,  it introduces a deeper form of cleansing, one that works through the skin, the body and the senses.

The experience begins with time in the thermal facilities, where heat and water prepare the body for treatment. Moving between the hydrotherapy pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge pool, circulation is stimulated and the skin begins to warm and soften, ready for absorption.

You are then guided into the Rasul chamber. Here, mineral-rich muds are applied to the face and body before the space fills with gentle steam. As the heat rises, pores open and the mud begins to draw out impurities while delivering essential minerals back into the skin. The sensation is grounding and restorative leaving the skin noticeably softer, smoother and renewed.

Lunch follows at Boann Café, where the experience continues at an unhurried pace. Prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients, the menu offers a selection of light and nourishing dishes, complemented by a choice of hot and cold beverages, from freshly brewed coffee to a glass of wine. Guests may dine indoors or on the terrace, allowing the sense of restoration to carry naturally into the afternoon.
