Barista Café:
Barista Café offers a delectable range of coffees, teas, hearty soups, homemade treats and gourmet dishes. Breakfasts and light lunches are available which include a variety of traditional and modern Irish dishes with an international twist.
Opening Times:
We open from Monday to Saturday, 8am until 6pm.
On Sunday Barista offers an 'A La Carte' menu from 12.30pm until 9pm.
The Bailey Bar:
The Bailey Bar is the ideal place to relax with a pint, enjoy a glass of fine wine and indulge in some good pub-grub. The views of Trim Castle alone offer the perfect retreat after a long day at the office or shopping in town.
A heartwarming carvery lunch awaits you on a cold winters day and in the evening our chefs cook from the open grill to offer you mouthwatering food such as the Bailey Burger, Grilled 8oz Fillet steak, Beer-Battered Fish and Chips and the ever popular Castle Platter.
Opening Times:
Carvery Lunch is available from 12.30pm to 3pm (Monday – Saturday ) and 12.30pm to 4pm on Sundays.
Bailey Bar food from 3pm until 9.45pm. (Monday – Sunday).
