Wedding Review
Hi Sheila,
I expect you have many things keeping you busy so I won't take up too
much of your time.
Just some feedback on our wedding:
Thank you for the warm welcome at the door and Patrick was so lovely and
welcoming
The drinks reception upstairs was perfect and the hot whiskeys went down
very well. There was one girl called Roisin who was very good and
lovely with all the guests, I'm sure there were others who did a great
job but she was the only one I remembered.
The reception room was just like a fairytale - totally amazing so thank
you for all the hard work that went into that.
The food was just perfect, the soup, sorbet, mains and dessert - what a
great choice - thanks for helping me with this and huge compliments tot
he chef. All the guests just raved about it. Your staff were brilliant
and so attentive. There was one lady in particular who dealt with the
top table - cannot remember her name but she was just so professional
and was fantastic. The late food was not great, the sandwiches tasted a
bit stale and the sausages were overcooked, I don't think anyone cared
at that stage but I just wanted to let you know anyway.
Thank you for checking in to see if all was ok before you left - It was
really appreciated. I'm sure you work as hard for every wedding Sheila
but you made me feel ours was the only one that had ever taken place
there and to achieve that is pretty special - so thank you, you are
really good at what you do and it made for a perfect wedding for us.
Please say thank you to Patrick also - he was so lovely and attentive on
the day you guys make a great team.
I'm sure you don't need me to tell you how good you guys are but I know
it's nice to get good feedback at times as we're all so quick to
complain. Everyone from the reception staff to the waiting staff and
those who set up and cleaned out the reception room were all so nice and
helpful. We had such a wonderful day I can't say enough about it - was
truly magical.
So thank you for helping this happen.
I'm sure we will be up there in the future and will say hello if your
there.
