  • The Corporate Loyalty Card will not be validated until signed and loyalty application form completed
  • Club benefits are only available on actualised reservations from Sunday – Thursday
  • Club benefits are only available when reservations are booked on a corporate rate
  • The Corporate Loyalty Card number must be quoted at reservation stage in order to obtain club benefits
  • By signing the back of the Corporate Loyalty Card, or by using the card to obtain club benefits, you accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions relating to the usage of the card
  • Trim Castle Hotel does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Corporate Loyalty Cards
  • The Corporate Loyalty Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card and has no implied warranties and has no cash value
  • Trim Castle Hotel reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any time, and or to terminate the use of the Corporate Loyalty Card at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you
